  • Why invest in home staging?
    There is two primary reasons why home staging is beneficial to clients, and they are simply that you increase the money you earn and it is shown the 73% of staged houses sell quicker than non-staged houses. For most purchasers, buying a property is a massive achievement for them and want to make sure the property is perfect for them, and a big part of this decision is made by first impressions. We identify the likely purchaser of your property and create spaces that appeal directly to them, to obtain optimum selling price when your property hits the market.
  • What is the process of home staging with Wolf Cove?
    Once you have contacted us, we will arrange a suitable time to come and inspect your property. From there we will provide you with a quote outlining everything included during the hire period. As soon as you have approved the quote, installation will begin on the agreed date to transform your property to maximise selling price. From the first point of contact to the last, we will be there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have about the process.
  • How much more money will I make?
    On average, studies have shown that home staging adds 10% to the sale price of the property.
  • Are we insured?
    We’re completely insured on all our furniture through out your hire period. Making this an even more stress free process for yourself.
  • How long will the furniture be in my house?
    Our standard quotation has a hire period of 6 to 8 weeks. Longer hire periods are available upon request.
  • How long before I sell my property should I get in contact with Wolf Cove?
    We recommend getting in contact with us 2-3 weeks before listing your property on the market, as this will allow enough time for quoting, installation and everything in between.
  • What is Wolf Cove’s payment terms?
    We require a $500 deposit upon approval of the quote and then remaining balance is due before commencement of the hire period.
